Project Management is the extension of our consulting and design services and methodically plans and guides the project processes from start to finish in five stages: initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. The various shipyard, design and management backgrounds of Clear Yacht's team,  allows for a 360 degree understanding of what it takes to successfully build or refit a yacht.
